The rooms are clean, offer a good breakfast, and there is a reasonable additional bed available; the restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is friendly.

Fairly clean place with lovely views and particularly good location in the city center. Very welcoming and accommodating staff providing good services. Lovely and outstanding food. Location close enough to the outskirts of Betren on the main road to Baqueria, the walking areas and the mountain.

The room I stayed in here was large and had convenient amenities like a shower and a hair dryer located above the restaurant kitchen.

Kind treatment of the staff. Location. Cleaning of the room and bathroom very well! water pressure and time it takes for the hot water to come out very well (eco). Temperature in the right room, we didn't think they were abusing the heating (eco). Windows that open in the rooms. Environmental care message not to discard towels daily if they are not essential (eco). Buffet breakfast very correct and varied, staff very attentive again. rooms have 2 double beds that allow 4 people to sleep in each room (useful if you have small children). In case of going only 2, couple in a romantic plan, width of the bed is something just to sleep 2 adults comfortably as at home, so you end up sleeping each one in a bed. I asked around and was told that they have communicating rooms (very useful for large families). Easy parking. You can go for a walk in Vielha from the hotel. You can go for a walk in the countryside from the hotel. We do not swim but the pool is heated and covered, I find it very interesting to go as a family all year round. There is a fridge in the room (very useful for medicines, bottles, wine, water, etc). price of the room on 21/22-September is very good!

The doors are very thin and you can hear a little noise from the other rooms but above all you can hear a lot of people in the corridor. On TV, I would have liked the national channels (Spain and Catalonia) to have been all followed in the first positions (not mixed with the international ones)

We really enjoyed our stay at Rvhotels. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. They were also multilingual, which made communication easy. The hotel is in a good location for both skiing and exploring the town. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the main Baqueira ski lift, and it's also a short 10-minute walk to the town center with its tapas bars. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were well-organized, with plenty of delicious food options. Our room was spacious and warm, with a cozy "Spanish" feel. we had a great experience and would definitely return to this hotel.

The instructors from Rosa dels Vents were so freakin' funny and kept us entertained with awesome activities like rafting and canyoning. The Arán Valley was the perfect spot for beginners like us to try out skiing at Baqueira-Beret, and we also loved exploring the high mountain paths on our mountain hikes. The wide range of active tourism options made our trip unforgettable!

If I had to ask for one thing to make it even more fun for us party-loving teenagers, I'd say it would be great to have some organized nightlife activities or recommendations for hotspots in the area. It would have been awesome to dance the night away after all the day adventures!
